I am currently going through a remortgage with Suzanne from Apple Tree Mortgage Services and I couldn’t recommend her enough. She has helped me to remortgage and consolidate a debt, reducing my outgoings considerably. Suzanne is very knowledgeable and was happy to spend time searching for the best deal for me. She gave me various different options and took the time to explain the differences and what impact each one had on my mortgage. Being a regular mortgage applicant, and a landlord, four of my mortgages came up for renewal at the same time and I decided to withdraw funds to pay off my own mortgage and decrease the equity in my properties by increasing their mortgages. I wanted someone close by and found Karly was operating about a mile from me. To be honest though, she could have been five hundred miles away as all the work was completed online and at all times of the day and night. Our mortgage advisor Jess Weaire was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Jess took the time to look for the best possible rate for us to renew our mortgage and was constantly monitoring the financial market to let us know of any changes in rates. Jess successfully managed to lock in a great product for us before the rates started to increase again. Jess was very professional and had the patience of a saint while we gathered all the information she required from us. I have been extremely happy with our broker, Lee Langridge. Lee has done amazing job helping us to get a mortgage even though we had been turned down prior because of my age. He worked with us, and was so positive, and thorough. He was always on top of everything and completely kept us in the loop on all aspects.
