Jess took the time to look for the best possible rate for us to renew our mortgage and was constantly monitoring the financial market to let us know of any changes in rates. I have been extremely happy with our broker, Lee Langridge. Lee has done amazing job helping us to get a mortgage even though we had been turned down prior because of my age. To be honest Jessica went out of her way to get me a product put in place that would work for me, which involved trying lots of different lenders and as mortgage rates kept changing , adjusting accordingly.
She also did lots of chasing of the legal team for the conveyancing who weren’t terribly organised . Overall a very good experience
