Absolutely wonderful! I read an article saying that applying for a mortgage was dreadful and 1/3 of people wished they had waited longer because of the stress it induced. However, Lee has made this such a positive experience that I fully disagree with that article! He's been absolutely instrumental in landing a mortgage, immensely knowledgeable, super approachable, on the ball and driving the process. He's advised on more than just that and we've had such a positive experience, I am forever grateful to Apple Tree Mortgage Services and Lee for helping us secure our dream home.

Suzanne was so helpful from day one, found me a good mortgage at a rate I was very happy with. There were issues with the legal stuff but Suzanne kept me informed and raised complaints on my behalf. I will definitely speak out Suzanne's support in a few years when I am looking to move.
