Completed on my purchase of my first house with Apple Tree.

Going into it I didn't have much knowledge of what to expect, so it was reassuring for me when Grace walked me through every step of the way & explained the key terms/points where things would happen.

Grace took the time to work out the best product for me, whenever I needed to add updates she was always very responsive. Leading me to be able to offer a bit more & get my property tied up.

Amazing service, I’ve been using Apple Tree and Karly for my mortgage applications for well over a decade!! They are amazingly helpful, and always seem to pull off a miracle.

I can’t understate the difference a good broker can be when facing a minefield of potential products and options, and you need to take this into consideration, yes fees are payable, but I’ve saved £Ks over the years because of her in depth knowledge of the market, far more than what’s been spent of fees.
