Had excellent help from Lee who supported us all the way through the remortgage process. He was very approachable and nothing was too much trouble for him and any questions we had were answered quickly. We also upgraded our life insurance and mortgage protection cover and his expert knowledge and friendly manner made everything easy to understand and follow. We will definitely deal with Apple Tree Mortgages again in the future.

I have used Lee previously to arrange my mortgage and life insurance, but in this instance i used him to give advice and provide guidance on income protection cover. Very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process

I honestly don't think we could have done this so stress-free, if it wasn't for Karly! She was outstanding in her communication and in her speed of getting everything we needed. In times of stress (exchange and completion on the house), we knew that we could rely on Karly to get all the other bits done - she was amazing.
