I have been extremely happy with our broker, Lee Langridge. Lee has done amazing job helping us to get a mortgage even though we had been turned down prior because of my age. He worked with us, and was so positive, and thorough. He was always on top of everything and completely kept us in the loop on all aspects. I am a first time buyer and often feel overwhelmed with the little bits of life admin we all have to deal with. To be honest Jessica went out of her way to get me a product put in place that would work for me, which involved trying lots of different lenders and as mortgage rates kept changing , adjusting accordingly.
She also did lots of chasing of the legal team for the conveyancing who weren’t terribly organised . Overall a very good experience

Where to begin! I have had a real tough life change recently but have had nothing but great support from Lee whenever I've needed it.
