Karly was fantastic throughout the process of getting us our first mortgage. Being a first time buyer I asked a lot of questions and no question was ever too small or too silly. Throughout the months karly came back to me three times with improved rates on our mortgage, saving us over £200 a month. Karly would always get back to me promptly and was always there to help, even if it was to give the solicitors a nudge and find out what’s going on. I will definitely be using them in the future and will recommend to all.
