I honestly don't think we could have done this so stress-free, if it wasn't for Karly! She was outstanding in her communication and in her speed of getting everything we needed. In times of stress (exchange and completion on the house), we knew that we could rely on Karly to get all the other bits done - she was amazing. She was also absolutely brilliant in getting us a great mortgage deal at the worst time in decades. We honestly can't thank Karly enough.

My experience using appletree mortgages was excellent. I used a comparison site and had several calls from different mortgage services but i was a bit dubious as ive never used a comparison site for a mortgage before. However i got a call from Lee Langridge who brought up some deals and didn't pressure me, he told me if i got all the paperwork to him it would get submitted by the end of the week, instead it was done the next day and i had a mortgage in principle the same week, everything was so smooth and my remortgage was done in 15 days. Lee was excellent and i will definitely use them again

Lee Langridge has been dealing with my mortgage application and has been super helpful. Apple Tree have been very speedy and proactive in helping finding me the best deal and supporting me along the way. From working late nights and weekends, Jessica was determined to find us the best mortgage and made the process extremely simple and explained everything clearly, since this was our first time buying property.
