Switching your interest rate with your existing lender is known as a Product Transfer. If you are coming to the end of your current interest rate, please contact us before securing a new product. As a broker we offer a full comparison, free of charge, which will provide you with the knowledge that you are securing the best possible rate on the market. If your current lender is still the best option then we can often secure exclusive, lower rates with them than you may be able to direct. It won’t cost you a penny and a donation will be made to charity.
You may have to pay an early repayment charge to your existing lender if you remortgage.
