Karly has worked in the industry for over 16 years. She originally started in insurance and then qualified as a mortgage broker in 2010. As well as advising she has also managed a successful team of mortgage advisers and has a vast knowledge of the industry.
Karly lives in Botley, Southampton with her husband Lee, daughter Maria and boxer dog Tizzy. She has a home-based office so can provide appointments face to face to local clients as well as remotely to clients across the country.
Jessica Weaire
Mortgage and Protection Adviser
Jessica has worked in the finance industry for over 7 years. Initially starting in the banking sector working for Lloyds bank providing unsecured finance and general banking. Having qualified as a mortgage adviser in 2015, she then moved to a mortgage brokerage working initially on the administration side progressing applications and then onto advising. Jessica joins the team as a mortgage and protection adviser.
Jessica lives in Romsey, Hampshire with partner Luke and big ginger cat Oscar. Working from home, Jessica can offer a remote service to clients across the country.
Suzanne Duce
Mortgage and Protection Adviser
Suzanne started off her career in financial services, working for a corporate insurance company for 6 years before becoming an estate agent for 5 years. She began her career in the mortgage industry initially as an administrator, before achieving her CeMAP qualification in early 2022 to become a mortgage and protection advisor.
Suzanne lives in Locks Heath, Southampton with her partner and 2 daughters. She offers a remote service to clients across the country.
